How is Cemimax DL24 Applied?
Mix the self leveling compound with clean water to achieve a homogeneous fluid consistency and pour onto the prepared substrate. Spread using a trowel or spike roller to achieve the required thickness. Ensure primers are applied and fully dried before installing the leveling layer to optimize adhesion.
Subfloor Preparation Requirements
Substrates must be clean, dry, structurally sound, and free from dust, grease, cracks, or loose particles. Remove weak surface layers by mechanical preparation and apply the recommended primer before placing the self leveling compound.
System Integration
Cemimax DL24 functions as a high-strength substrate within the complete flooring installation system, providing a foundation for primers, adhesives, and final floor coverings to ensure long-term performance.
