Product Description
What is CEMIMAX ULTRAMAX MS?
CEMIMAX ULTRAMAX MS is a one-component hybrid silyl-modified polymer (MS) adhesive designed for timber flooring installation with integrated moisture vapor barrier and acoustic control performance. The adhesive combines polyurethane-level strength with silicone-level weathering resistance and rapid curing characteristics.
CEMIMAX ULTRAMAX MS functions within the complete flooring installation system, bonding wood flooring to substrates prepared using primers, screeds, or self leveling compound layers.

How is CEMIMAX ULTRAMAX MS Applied?
Apply the adhesive using a **B3 or B5 notched trowel**, depending on substrate type and timber thickness. Ensure substrates are clean, dry, and structurally sound. When leveling uneven surfaces, allow the self leveling compound layer to dry completely before adhesive application.
Substrate Preparation Requirements
Substrates must be clean, crack-free, and free from oil, grease, and loose layers. Cement and calcium-sulphate screeds should be abraded and vacuumed before installation. Levelling layers must maintain a minimum thickness of 2 mm.
Storage and Handling
Store the adhesive in original sealed packaging in moderately cool conditions. Allow containers to reach room temperature before use and reseal opened containers tightly to maintain performance.
