What is CEMIMAX PP5?
CEMIMAX PP5 is a cementitious rapid-setting patching and smoothing compound designed for repairing, leveling, and high-depth substrate corrections prior to flooring installation or self leveling compound application. The advanced cement–polymer formulation provides fast curing, superior bonding, and flexible application thickness from feather edge to deep repairs in one layer.

How is CEMIMAX PP5 Applied?
Mix 20 kg of powder with approximately 2.5 litres of clean water to produce a thick, creamy, lump-free consistency. Apply using a trowel to the required depth and smooth evenly. Allow the compound to dry fully before installing flooring adhesives, leveling layers, or self leveling compound systems. Do not add additional water during re-mixing.
Subfloor Preparation Requirements
Substrates must be clean, dry, and structurally sound. Remove grease, wax, or contaminants that may impair adhesion. Apply a suitable Cemimax primer or moisture vapor retarder when required before patching to ensure a permanent bond.
