CEMIMAX DP101 is a high-performance styrene-acrylate dispersion primer designed for improving adhesion on absorbent subfloors before the installation of adhesives, smoothing layers, or self leveling compound systems. The primer creates a fast-drying bonding film that stabilizes porous substrates and enhances leveling compound performance.

How is CEMIMAX DP101 Applied?
Dilute the primer with clean water at ratios between 1:1 and 1:5 depending on substrate absorbency, then apply evenly using a foam roller to achieve full surface coverage. Allow the primer to dry to a clear, tack-free film before applying adhesives or self leveling compound layers.
Substrate Preparation Requirements
Substrates must be clean, dry, and structurally sound. Remove dust, debris, grease, or loose materials by vacuuming or mechanical cleaning. Ensure the surface is free of contaminants that may reduce primer penetration.
