CEMIMAX LEVEL-DECO DL59 is a high-strength cement-based self leveling compound designed for decorative and heavy-traffic flooring applications requiring superior compressive strength and smooth surface finishing. The compound produces a dense leveling layer suitable for polished concrete systems, resilient flooring, and timber flooring installations.

Composition

How is DL59 Applied?
Mix 20 kg of powder with approximately 4 litres of clean water to produce a lump-free fluid mixture, then pour and spread uniformly using a toothed rake. Remove entrapped air using a spike roller to achieve a smooth leveling surface. Allow the compound to dry under suitable conditions before installing floor finishes.
Subfloor Preparation Requirements
Substrates must be structurally sound, clean, dry, and free from cracks. Remove weak layers by mechanical preparation and apply the recommended Cemimax primer before installation to ensure optimal adhesion.
