What is CEMIMAX DP101 Moisture Vapor Retarder?

CEMIMAX DP101 Moisture Vapor Retarder is a two-component water-based polyurethane protective coating designed to seal resilient flooring, wood flooring, and decorative screed surfaces while providing long-term wear and moisture protection. The sealer forms a durable polyurethane film that improves abrasion resistance, stain resistance, and surface durability.

The product is applied as the protective finishing layer within flooring systems installed over primers, adhesives, and self leveling compound substrates.

How is CEMIMAX DP101 Applied?

Mix the base component with the crosslinker according to the specified ratio and apply evenly using a roller or finishing applicator. Apply the sealer only on clean, dry, and structurally sound flooring surfaces. Ensure leveling layers, adhesives, or self leveling compound installations are fully cured before application.

Storage and Handling

Store the material in sealed original containers in cool, dry conditions. Mix only the quantity that can be used within the working time to ensure optimal curing performance and surface finishing quality.
