What is Cemimax DL24?

Cemimax DL24 is a cement-based self-levelling compound designed for smoothing and levelling interior subfloors prior to flooring installation. The compound produces a high-strength, fast-drying levelling layer that improves surface flatness and bonding performance for adhesives and floor coverings.

Installation

How Cemimax DL24 is applied

Subfloor preparation

Substrates must be clean, dry, structurally sound, and free from dust, grease, cracks, or loose particles. Remove weak surface layers by mechanical preparation and apply the recommended primer before placing the self-levelling compound.

How to apply

Mix with clean water to a homogeneous fluid consistency and pour onto the prepared substrate. Spread using a trowel or spike roller to the required thickness. Ensure primers are fully dried before installing the levelling layer.
