Product Description
What is CEMIMAX A300?
CEMIMAX A300 is a low-emission acrylate polymer dispersion adhesive designed for bonding textile, carpet, PVC, and resilient flooring systems in interior construction environments. The adhesive forms strong polymer threads that create durable and resilient bonding layers.
CEMIMAX A300 belongs to the Cemimax flooring installation adhesive system, which includes primers, smoothing compounds, and surface preparation materials used in interior flooring applications.
Where is it Used?
Used for bonding multiple flooring materials including:
- Textile coverings with synthetic secondary backing
- Foam-backed, latex-backed, or fleece-backed carpets
- Woven carpets, needlepunch carpets, and natural fibre flooring
- Felt-backed PVC flooring
- Cushioned vinyl flooring with thickness below 2 mm
Key Performance
- Very high initial grab for fast installation
- Strong final bonding strength after polymer curing
- Good resistance to interior moisture exposure
- Low emission formulation for indoor environments
- High coverage efficiency of 160–200 g/m²

How is CEMIMAX A300 Applied?
Apply CEMIMAX A300 evenly using an A2 or A3 toothed trowel after stirring thoroughly.
Ensure that primers and smoothing compounds are fully dry before installation. After laying the flooring material, press or roll the surface to remove trapped air and ensure full adhesive transfer. The adhesive dries within approximately 24 hours and becomes suitable for foot traffic after 48 hours.
Storage and Handling Conditions
Store CEMIMAX A300 in sealed containers protected from frost and direct sunlight. Maintain storage and application temperatures above 5 °C to preserve adhesive performance throughout the 12-month shelf life.
