What is Cemimax A300 Adhesive?

CEMIMAX A300 is a high quality acrylate polymer adhesive for resilient floor and textile coverings. It is a very low emission dispersion adhesive suitable for almost all textile coverings, with strong thread formation that gives reliable adhesion in interior areas.

Installation

How Cemimax A300 Adhesive is applied

Subfloor preparation

Allow primers and smoothing compounds to dry thoroughly before applying the adhesive. Refer to the data sheets of the products used.

How to apply

Stir the product thoroughly before use. Apply evenly on the substrate using an A2 or A3 toothed trowel. Allow a short open time, then lay the flooring material. Rub the surface with a wood plate or roll with a roller to remove entrapped air and make sure the adhesive has transferred to the back of the flooring material. The adhesive dries after 24 hours and is set to foot traffic after 48 hours.

System integration

CEMIMAX A300 belongs to the Cemimax flooring installation system, which includes primers, smoothing compounds and surface preparation materials. It is applied once primers and smoothing compounds have dried thoroughly, bonding textile and resilient coverings as the final installation layer.
