FAQ

A primer improves adhesion between the subfloor and the next layer, such as self leveling compound or adhesive. A moisture vapor retarder blocks moisture rising from the concrete slab so it cannot damage the flooring above.
It protects flooring from lifting, swelling, bubbling and mould caused by moisture rising through the slab, which is common in Singapore's humid climate.
Use DP101 for absorbent surfaces such as concrete and screed, and DP80 for non absorbent surfaces such as existing tiles or terrazzo.
Use DP200 if the concrete slab is newly poured, on the ground floor or shows signs of damp. A moisture vapor retarder is not a waterproofing system. For areas exposed to standing or running water, ask our team which waterproofing solution suits your project.
DP80 and DP101 are touch dry in about 15 to 20 minutes. PU Sealer is walkable after about 24 hours. Drying times vary with temperature, humidity and site conditions, so always check the technical data sheet.
Yes. DP80 is made for non absorbent surfaces such as well bonded existing tiles, giving a strong base for self leveling compound without removing the old floor.
PU Sealer is a water based polyurethane topcoat that protects finished floors, reduces dirt pickup and makes cleaning easier. It has an R9 anti slip rating and comes in gloss, satin and matt finishes.
