The brief
ActiveSG Queenstown needed a durable, level subfloor for its sports and recreation spaces — one that could take heavy foot traffic and equipment while giving a smooth base for the final sports flooring.
Our solution
The substrate was prepared and primed, then levelled with a Cemimax self-levelling compound to create a flat, high-strength base. A matched Cemimax adhesive was used to bond the floor covering for long-term performance.
The result
A smooth, consistent floor ready for daily community use, delivered on schedule with stock supplied from our Aljunied warehouse.
